This dog-friendly, two-bedroom condo is perfect for skiers, golfers, and fun-loving families. Set along the 15th fairway of the Meadows Golf Course and just across the street from the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC), you'll have immediate access to indoor/outdoor pools, water slides, a hot tub, and more—with six SHARC passes included.

You’re less than a mile from The Village at Sunriver, 18 miles from Bend, and 21 miles from Mt. Bachelor, making it easy to explore all Central Oregon has to offer.

Inside, the bright and tidy living area features lofty ceilings, mountain-inspired decor, and comfortable seating. Cozy up by the fireplace in the den, which also doubles as a yoga space with a mat and blocks included. The redesigned kitchen is well-stocked for meal prep and features modern appliances—including a gas range with built-in griddle. Share meals at the six-person dining table and enjoy the warmth of gathering together.

This home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It offers two bedrooms, an open loft, and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and sun-filled windows. The loft overlooks the living space and features a new king-size bed.

Step outside and enjoy all the area has to offer. Walk across the street to SHARC’s 22 acres of aquatic fun—lazy river, hot tubs, slides, indoor pools, disc golf, sports courts, and more. In winter, kids will love the tubing hill and indoor swim areas.

Tee off on sunny afternoons or cross-country ski through the scenic Meadows Golf Course in winter. You'll also have access to several bikes for exploring Sunriver’s 33 miles of paved trails, with a washer/dryer on-site to refresh your clothes afterward.

Sunriver is a favorite year-round destination for families and outdoor lovers. Explore parks, picnic areas, sports facilities, and four championship golf courses—including the Bob Cupp-designed Crosswater, a past PGA Professional Championship host.

In colder months, hit the slopes at nearby Mt. Bachelor with 101 runs, 11 lifts, and over 4,300 acres of terrain. Afterward, unwind in one of Bend’s famous microbreweries, just 18 miles north.
